HEARTMOVES
A great start-up gentle exercise class with easy to follow, simple moves. Suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. Very low intensity.
 
BOXING
Boxing training utilises traditional and modern applications to teach boxing techniques and improve one's fitness levels.
Training consists of focus mitts, shadow boxing, skipping and general cardiovascular and strength training. Training is designed to provide a intense workout in a non-competitive environment. Classes are suitable for beginners and those seeking general fitness and a challenge.
 
YOGA
Yoga consists of simple yet highly effective stretching techniques which target large muscle groups. Yoga loosens and stretches the body whilst releasing tension and stress and calming the mind and body. It avoids over complicated stretches, yet still offers a challenging workout, which dramatically improves whole body flexibility.


  • Please register at reception for classes as numbers are strictly limited - please inform reception if you have registered for a class and will not be able to attend.
  • Classes must have a minimum of 6 participants to go ahead.
  • A towel is required for all classes.
