The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP® is a 45-60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch.

A great start-up gentle exercise class with easy to follow, simple moves. Suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. Very low intensity.
BOXING
Boxing training utilises traditional and modern applications to teach boxing techniques and improve one’s fitness levels.
Training consists of focus mitts, shadow boxing, skipping and general cardiovascular and strength training. Training is designed to provide a intense workout in a non-competitive environment. Classes are suitable for beginners and those seeking general fitness and a challenge.
DANCE
Each class you will learn some new and fun dance steps, which over the weeks will be added into a dance routine. The styles of dance included are jazz, hip hop & funk.
Each class also includes a stretch session at the beginning and concludes with a cool down session.
YOGA
Yoga consists of simple yet highly effective stretching techniques which target large muscle groups. Yoga loosens and stretches the body whilst releasing tension and stress and calming the mind and body. It avoids over complicated stretches, yet still offers a challenging workout, which dramatically improves whole body flexibility.
